REFUND & GUARANTEE POLICY

All purchases made through APerfectResume and 90 Day Offer are for digital products, services, and program access. Due to the nature of these offerings, all sales are final.

1. REFUND POLICY

We do not offer refunds for any programs, services, or digital products. By enrolling, you acknowledge that you are purchasing access to proprietary systems, frameworks, and support that are delivered immediately upon program start.

Any exception to this policy is made solely at the discretion of the Company and is not guaranteed.

In rare situations, a refund may be considered if a client secures employment immediately after enrolling and the outcome was clearly in motion prior to participation in the program. All such decisions are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

2. SERVICE GUARANTEE


We stand behind the effectiveness of our process with the following guarantee: If you complete the program in full and do not secure a job offer or salary increase, we will continue to work with you at no additional cost until you do.

To qualify for this guarantee, you must:

Complete 100% of the curriculum
Attend or watch all weekly coaching sessions
Fully implement the Execution Playbook and/or 90 Day Job Search GPS
Actively participate and follow the strategies provided

If these requirements are not met, the guarantee is void.

This guarantee applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

3. PAYMENT OBLIGATIONS
If you choose a payment plan, you are responsible for completing all payments regardless of usage, participation level, or results achieved. Failure to complete payments will result in suspension of access to all services and materials. Access to the program does not eliminate your financial obligation.
